All orders are shipped tracked and insured via Australia Post.

Express Post

Express post is sent via Australia Post. All wholesale orders are posted Express.

When you purchase our goods, the cost of the shipping will be calculated and presented to you during the checkout process. Our free shipping offer is automatically applied to any orders over $49 AUD not in combination with other discounts or promotions and shipped via Aus Post domestic tracked letter service.

Order processing times for custom orders and wholesale orders vary depending on order and will be communicated during the order process.

Although our earrings are shipped securely packaged with Australia Post, sometimes parcels go missing or items may arrive damaged due to circumstances out of our control. This is why all packages are sent tracked and insured.

returns and refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods and services offered on our Website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 14 days of your purchase date by contacting us. We offer refunds on any purchases of the goods and services offered on our Website for the following reason(s) only: wrong size, wrong colour, wrong description, the wrong product or service was provided.

In the case of a purchase damaged in delivery, we will assist with claiming compensation from Australia Post within 7 days of receiving you goods and with an accompanied picture.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above and due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for a change of mind. We take pride in our craft and spend a great deal of time making each piece ensuring they are all finished to a high standard.

You are required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us. You will be responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs on any purchases that you are requesting a refund on unless otherwise agreed. A shipping address will be provided upon request.

Your earrings will come with care instructions. Please make sure to follow these to ensure your pieces will last for years to come. Many of our earrings compromise of brass components. If you are experiencing tarnishing, use brass polish, tomato sauce or a mixture of lemon juice and baking soda with a soft polishing cloth to return the components to its original state.
